Nuclear Explosion!
Ive been working the network code for Scatteria. I have to say that it has been bit bigger piece to chew than I originally though. Without no expirience on networking there has been a lot to learn. Also around 80% of my scripts has to be turned into network aware... so phew! I am way behind my own schedule but finally I think I can see the light at the end of this tunnel.
Scatteria is currently working throu web. It has a tons of bugs and tweakings etc but its getting there step by step. After couples of weeks I think I can start making the menus for network games. Things like servers & games. Then I have to fix the splitscreen modes back to work.
So hopefully after month or so I could finally start seeing the early access launch, but no high hopes still!
Anyway meanwhile Ive got bored on working the network code, I have made Vfx. Here is first wip of the nuclear explosion thats coming into Scatteria. What would be 2d post-apocalyptic shooter game without real nuclear explosions?
